At Photoframing.in, we take pride in offering high-quality frames and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized frames are not eligible for return unless damaged during transit.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at sales@photoframing.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund & Replacement
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.
- If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
