1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized frames are not eligible for return unless damaged during transit.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at sales@photoframing.in with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund & Replacement

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.
  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
