2. Products & Custom Orders
All frames are custom-made based on the specifications you select.
Once a custom order is confirmed and in production, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Images you upload for framing must not infringe copyright or violate any laws.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs, if any, will be mentioned clearly at checkout.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Only damaged or incorrect orders are eligible for return or replacement.
Any return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery, along with unboxing photos/videos for validation.
For eligible returns, we will either replace the product or initiate a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, designs, text, and branding, is the property of PhotoFraming.in and cannot be used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
PhotoFraming.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our site or products.
